Give to the Volunteer Advisory Board

The Volunteer Advisory Board is a group of volunteers who represent various volunteer groups within the Dallas Arboretum. The purposes of the VAB funds are to support and assist in the programs and plans of the Dallas Arboretum in order to maintain the status as one of the outstanding gardens in the areas of display, education, and research.

The Volunteer Advisory Board functions as a channel of information between our staff and volunteers, as well as, the Dallas Arboretum Board of Directors. The VAB consists of 23 dedicated volunteers who strive to enhance the volunteer experience at the Dallas Arboretum including volunteer training, education, and team building.

Volunteers earn their tips through Tram Tours, Degolyer Docent Tours, Speakers Bureau Presentations, Photos with Santa, and Guided Group Tours, many of which has been shut down in recent months due to Coronavirus safety requirements. We understand the handling of cash is not always convenient and we would like to make it easier for you to donate.
