There are no refunds or exchanges for concert tickets. There is limited, first come first served indoor seating available in a rain plan situation. We encourage patrons to bring rainy-weather items including umbrellas and tarps as seating will primarily be outdoors on the plaza
The Cool Thursday concert series is one of the best outdoor concert experiences in Dallas – but we don’t always get Mother Nature’s cooperation. In the event of inclement weather, we will move the concert performance indoors to Rosine Hall. A determination of weather-altered plans will be made by 3 p.m. day-of. Check our homepage or our Facebook page for updates the day of the concert.
