Concert Subscriptions

Complimentary parking is available at our Main Lot (Whittier Avenue -Gate 1) or the Parking Garage (Gate 4) for concert goers. The garden will open for ticket holders at 6:00 pm and will remain open until the conclusion of the event.

Times

• Gates open for ticketholders 6:00pm
• Concerts begin 7:30 pm - Spring Series
• Concerts begin 7:00 pm - Fall Series

Rain Policy

The Cool Thursday concert series is intended to be one of the best outdoor concert experiences in Dallas – but we don’t always get Mother Nature’s cooperation. In the event of inclement weather, we will move the concert performance indoors to Rosine Hall.  There is limited, first come first served indoor seating available in a rain plan situation. We encourage patrons to bring rainy-weather items including umbrellas and tarps as seating will primarily be outdoors on the plaza. A determination of weather-altered plans will be made by 3 p.m. day-of. Check our homepage or our Facebook page for updates the day of the concert. There are no refunds or exchanges for concert tickets.
