You will need to establish or confirm a profile upon checkout. A new profile will be created for you on the billing page during the reservation process, using your email address as your login ID.
Members who have not used the online reservation system may enter their email or Membership ID (from bottom of Member Card) in the login ID box and click Forgot/Request Password. You will then be asked to validate your membership prior to receiving a temporary password.
You can change your password once you are logged in by selecting "Update your profile" from the "My Purchases" page or from your Basket.
